Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 30 business days. Depending on order volume or special requirements, some orders may be fulfilled sooner or later. For an accurate estimate, please check the shipping details provided in your order confirmation or receipt.
In-stock items enter processing immediately after purchase once payment is approved and the shipping address is verified. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Delivery times vary based on your location and the carrier. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you and ship it as soon as it becomes available.
International Orders & Customs
For shipments outside the U.S., buyers may incur additional charges such as import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your country’s customs office to determine applicable charges and any restrictions on importing your order.
We prepare shipping documentation accurately, including a full description of the product, ingredients, country of origin, and value, to help facilitate customs clearance. However, Urua Healthclub cannot be held responsible for packages delayed or held by customs or other local authorities.
Some countries regulate dietary supplements strictly, requiring permits or additional documentation. While we aim to make Victor Bowman’s products widely available, international laws may limit shipping options and timelines.
